We have filled all availiable places for the 2012 Duathlon meaning that entries are now closed..

The race rules and a list of competitors will be displayed at registration which opens at 0730. The numbers will be given out on the day. 

All competitors must have a road worthy bike and bike helmet and headphones are not permitted during the race.  Both races will start promptly at 0900.

The routes are as follows:

RUN ROUTE
Out of Whitecross School and right down the road to the roundabout.  Immediate right (it'll be marshalled) and up Kings Acre Road on the pavement and a tiny bit of grass to Huntington Lane.  This is all flat.  Right into Huntington Lane (no pavements) and follow it though, up a small hill, past the lake and back to Three Elms Road.  Right and either run on the grass or the road back to the school (approx 300 metres).  Back in through the gate to transition.

BIKE ROUTE
Out of Whitecross School and left.  Left and up the slip road in front of the 3 Elms Pub and left on to the Roman Road.  Up to the roundabout and right through Credenhill.  Carry on this road (A480) until you get to the left turn for Mansell Gamage.  Turn here and follow the road through to the A438 Brecon to Hereford road.  Left and back into Hereford.  Down Kings Acre Road and left into Ferndale Road and then left back into the school.
