Entries must be received online or by post by 9am on June 23rd 2012. There will be no late entries.
 
The start list will be posted on this site on Sunday June 24th. We cannot make changes to the list so please tell the race organiser now if you want to start near a friend. The start list is organised according to your estimated swim time with the slower swimmers going off first.





Race Rules

Competitor and Spectator Info

The Routes are as follows:

BIKE ROUTE
  Turn left and follow the A4110 to Kingsland.  Left opposite the Luctonians Sports Club and into the village.  Left at the Corner's Pub TIGHT TURN and follow the road through to the village of Yarpole.  Through the village and turn left on to the B4362.  Through the village of Bircher and along past Croft Castle and back to Lucton School.  To view this route use the Map My Ride website.

RUN ROUTE
  Turn right and follow the road into Lucton village.  Turn right, go around past the church and back into the village.  Left and re-trace your path to the turn.  Turn right and head down the road to the turnaround point.  Back up the road towards the school, right into the playing fields and you will finish with a lap of the fields.  To view this route use the Map My Ride website.
